09:00 – 10:00: Arrive at Fukuoka Airport, clear immigration, and meet your guide.

10:30 – 11:30: Kamado Shrine. Located at the foot of Mount Homan, this shrine is famous for blessings in matchmaking and protection. Its architecture is notably modern and highly aesthetic.

11:45 – 13:30: Lunch & Dazaifu Tenmangu. Fukuoka’s most significant shrine, dedicated to the deity of education. Don't forget to try Umegae-mochi (iconic red bean rice cakes) along the vibrant approach to the shrine.

13:30 – 14:30: Travel toward Fukuoka city center.

14:30 – 15:30: Hakata Station Area. A massive transportation and shopping hub (JR Hakata City, AMU Plaza). The best place to hunt for signature Kyushu souvenirs.

10:30 – 11:30: Glover Garden. An open-air museum featuring the historic residences of Western merchants (including Thomas Glover). It offers stunning views of Nagasaki Harbor.

12:00 – 13:00: Lunch.

13:00 – 15:00: Nagasaki Peace Park & Atomic Bomb Museum. A memorial site for the 1945 atomic bombing. The museum provides an educational experience on the importance of global peace.

15:30 – 16:30: Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown. One of the oldest Chinatowns in Japan. Try local snacks like Kakuni Manju (braised pork belly buns).

10:00 – 11:00: Ferry Crossing. Cross from Shimabara to Kumamoto by ferry. You can feed seagulls from the deck while enjoying the sea breeze.

11:30 – 13:00: Lunch & Kumamoto Castle. One of Japan’s most majestic castles, famous for its formidable stone walls (Musha-gaeshi).

13:30 – 14:00: Luffy Statue. A bronze statue of the One Piece captain, gifted by creator Eiichiro Oda (a Kumamoto native) to support post-earthquake recovery.

15:30 – 16:30: Kusasenri. A vast grassland within the Mount Aso caldera. You can spot the active volcanic crater from a distance and see wild horses grazing.

13:30 – 15:00: Tosu Premium Outlets. Shop for major international brands (Adidas, Coach, Nike, etc.) at attractive outlet discount prices.

15:30 – 17:00: Return to Fukuoka & Lalaport. A modern mall famous for the life-sized Gundam statue (vScale RX-93ff ν) standing at its entrance.

18:30: Dinner & Back to Hotel.
